Environmental Test Laboratory was established in 1996, the intention of the Lab is to provide the testing service of reliability, safety, and durability under different environmental condition for industries. The services include electrical, mechanical, climatic and chemical related fields, can also suitable for the product of electronic, aerospace, ect.

To verify that the functions of automotive E/E device is capable of withstanding the various battery supply voltage.

To verify that the component/product is capable of withstanding the effects of accumulation of fine dust or sand environment, this test can cause locked of moving component (ex. Bearing, Motor) or abrasion (ex. Optical device) or change of the electrical character (ex. Electric resistance).

To verify that the component/product is capable of withstanding the effects of rain or water spray environment, this test can cause short circuit or corrosion of PCB.

To verify that the component/product is capable of withstanding the effects of the solar radiation with rain or temperature and humidity environment, this test can cause discoloration, peeling and cracking of plastic material.

This validation technology can be used to verify the structural strength, functional safety, and durability characteristics of large-scale vehicle electrical components, such as smart vehicle electronics and EV X-in-one powertrain systems. The testing system comprises three key components: a composite thermal chamber, a shaker, and a liquid cooling cycle machine. Temperature composite vibration tests can be conducted in accordance with international standards or vehicle manufacturer specifications to verify the functionality, reliability, and safety of the product under cycles of high and low temperatures and mechanical vibration.
