U.S. EPA
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or sometimes USEPA) is an agency of the federal government of the United States charged to regulate chemicals and protect human health by safeguarding the natural environment: air, water, and land.
(A) US EPA adopted a new exhaust emission standard for Class I, Class II, and Class III motorcycles from 2006, the standard is as following,

(B) USEPA adopted standards that required the use of low permeability fuel tanks and fuel hoses on Class I, Class II, and Class III motorcycles since 2008。

Testing Services
- Exhaust Emission Standard Test:
ATV: ARTC was accredited by USEPA for ATV exhaust emission test following 40 CFR Part 1051.
Motorcycle: ARTC provide pretest services following 40 CFR Part 86,Subpart F that could reduce cost and time of motorcycle makers.
- Low permeability fuel tanks and fuel hoses Test:
ARTC offers consulting service for the information of low permeability fuel tanks and fuel hoses regulation and certification on Class I, Class II, and Class III.
