So far many fleet managers take their drivers appraisal by calculating vehicles’ fuel-consumption. However, this appraisal method could not distinguish between drivers’ behavior and driving environment.

The technique developed a “driving behavior analysis system of eco-driving judgment and grouping” to help fleet managers take their drivers appraisal precisely by analysis of drivers’ behavior transferred from vehicle RPM and SPEED. The system evaluates three groups conforming to eco-driving or not.

Input: The data of RPM and SPEED recorded per second on vehicles. Output: The evaluation result of drivers’ eco-driving behavior. Evaluation according to the distribution of every driver: the better group, normal group and worse group
