This technology provides software development kit for SAE J1939 vehicle communications network design and diagnostic services. It consists of data packaged and network management (NM). The NM functions include Request to Send, Clear to Send, End of Message Acknowledgment, Connection Abort and Broadcast Announce Message. This technology can be used to speed-up development of vehicle network design and diagnostic services.
