Electric Vehicle Heat Pump System and Controller
This technology provides a method for designing the structure and specification of the electric vehicle heat pump system depends on the vehicle specification and AC system performance requirement. An energy-saving thermostat controller is also developed for the heat pump system. The controller will calculate the required system performance according to the input data such as the temperature of the environment and the cabin, etc. The controller then tune the working conditions of the compressor and blower depends on the difference between the calculated and the actual performance of the system. Therefore, the heat pump system could provide a proper thermostat performance with reducing the overall power consumption.
1.A system design technology which is able to apply to the sedans or the buses. 2.A thermostat controller which works based on the thermo-load estimator and the temperature accuracy could be limited within ±2℃.
Electric/Hybrid automotive heat pump system, thermostat control algorithm
This technology could provide high-efficient cooling/heating function based on the developed thermostat control algorithm and heat pump system structure. The system can be achieved with the components which currently use in the HVAC field.
