The testing technology can do communication performance testing of Vehicle to Vehicle and Vehicle to infrastructure on coast-down test track and high speed circuit in ARTC, the maximum speed is 200km/hr and the relative velocity is 240 km/hr.

1. Two Coast-down test tracks of the length are 1,569m & 1,811m.
2. The maximum speed in coast-down test track is 120km/hr.
3. The maximum speed in high speed circuit is 200km/hr.
