Hydrogen fuel cell vehicle testing technology verification
The hydrogen fuel cell vehicle testing and verification system is based on technical specifications, systematically verifying the overall safety of fuel cell vehicles. The testing covers the integration of the fuel cell powertrain system and the vehicle's hydrogen safety performance under collision or abnormal conditions. It also verifies the structural strength of the vehicle body, the safety of the front structure, and the safety performance of interior components. Through vehicle testing and measurement, it not only confirms that the vehicle meets the safety requirements of current and future technical regulations, but also effectively helps manufacturers shorten development and testing verification timelines.
1.SLED simulated collision system: 3000 kg, 90 km/h, 90 g
2.Number and output of hydraulic cylinders: 8 single-axis hydraulic cylinders, maximum output 4400 kg
3.Impact testing machine: Maximum dynamic impact speed 50 kph
4.Headrest strength testing machine: Maximum output 500 kg
5.Door/roof strength testing machine: Maximum output of door 111 kN, maximum output of roof 89 kN
6.Tilt stability measurement: Maximum tilt angle 38 degrees, maximum load weight: 20 tons
This technology can be applied to transportation vehicles such as hydrogen fuel cell systems and vehicle technology verification.
Through verification, the consistency and verifiability of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle safety management can be improved, reducing the risks of system implementation and assisting the industry in smoothly integrating into the international market. This strengthens Taiwan's hydrogen fuel cell vehicle validation and vehicle testing capabilities, effectively saving manufacturers' development, testing, and verification time, and ensuring the safety of vehicles and interior components.
