In the functional safety and reliability verification test of the Traction inverter, using the Virtual verification platform (Electric motor emulator, EME) has economical and safe advantages. However, Traction inverter manufacturers are generally unable to obtain suitable motor electromagnetic models (magnetic flux tables) from clients. By using the motor dynamometer in ARTC, the torque of the physical motor can be matched with the output current parameters of the motor driver. The data is converted into the D and Q axes of the rotating coordinate system to create a corresponding motor electromagnetic model (magnetic flux table). A virtual motor load can be generated on the motor driver virtual verification platform.
