Establishment of condensation simulation verification technology
For environmental testing of large parts integrated into smart automotive electronics and electric vehicles, climate reliability verification is performed according to international standards or automobile manufacturer specifications. This test uses two high-variability environmental temperature and humidity simulation system equipment. The test object is placed in a low-temperature cold environment (-5~-30℃) for 1~2 hours, and quickly transitions (within 5 minutes) to normal temperature and high humidity (25 ~40℃/85~90%RH) warm environment for 10~60 minutes, operating temperature simulation to verify humidity and rapid changes in humidity trigger condensation on the specimen. Mainly used to verify electrical faults caused by moisture in the test piece.

This technology can be applied to functional safety and reliability verification testing of large vehicle electronic components, simulating electrical failures caused by condensation and moisture on the test piece.
This technology can assist domestic smart cockpit and electric vehicle power system all-in-one component manufacturers to establish condensation simulation verification capabilities and gather independent testing energy to facilitate entry into the electric vehicle instrumentation and power system supply chain, in line with future electric vehicles and autonomous vehicles. The demand of the driving market.
