In response to the trend of the times, vehicles are developing towards large-size smart cockpit products. In order to fill the gap in the original verification equipment and assist Taiwanese manufacturers to complete the factory regulation tests of international automobile manufacturers, reduce the verification cost and time, and improve international competitiveness, we have built a verification platform for the harsh environment of the vehicle electrical system. This technology includes a rapid alternating salt-dry composite environment simulation system equipment, which provides a temperature-humidity combined salt-spray corrosion simulation environment. The condensation simulation system equipment is used for the condensation simulation test of the European (BMW/VW/Daimler) car factory specification LV-124 K-15. SEM Scanning Electron Microscope: Provides high quality images of the product surface for post-test product damage analysis.

Specification:

Rapid alternating salt-dry composite environment simulation equipment 

  1.Salt spray mode:room temperature to +50 ℃ 

  2.Climate mode:+25 ℃ ~ +70 ℃ , +25 %RH ~ 95 %RH 

  3.Dry mode: room temperature to +70 ℃ ,≤ 30 %RH 

Condensation simulation equipment 

  1.Temperature Range: -50 ℃ ~ +150 ℃ 

  2.Humidity Range:  25 % RH ~ 95 % RH

Applications:

This technology can be applied in Japan car factory regulations M 0158 CCT,  BMW/VW/Daimler car factory regulations LV-124 K-15.

Benefit:

Under the trend of shortening the time schedule of intelligent vehicle development (from 48 months to 24 months) and the development of large-size components at the system level. The domestic manufacturers can use the results of this technology to conduct harsh environment simulation tests of system-level products. This is including condensation tests for vehicle electrical components with cooling systems and salt-dry composite verification for body parts. So as to confirm that the integrated composite materials, sensing power distribution and other details have reached sufficient robustness.
