High Power Pulse Transient Test Verification Technique
High-power pulse transient test verification technology can generate high-voltage pulses (surge, electrical fast transient) and couple them to Alternating Current(AC) / Direct Current(DC) lines (up to 1k VDC) and signal lines , and this technology has obtained certifications from American A2LA, domestic TAF, international car manufacturers (FORD, Stellantis etc.) and European export testing (UN R10) to be able to provide electric vehicle related components (for example: all-in-one driving system, charger, high/low voltage DC converters and charging communication modules, etc.) required development verification testing.
1.Alternating Current single phase/three phase output : Phase voltage up to 400V ± 10%, Phase current up to 100A ± 10% (@360V phase voltage)
2. Direct Current output : Voltage up to 1kVDC ± 5%、max current up to 100A ± 10%(@500VDC)
3. Electrical Fast Transient : ±5.5kV ± 20%
4. Surge : ±7kV ± 10%
This technique can be applied to module/system testing on Electric Vehicle (EV) that used Alternating Current(AC) /Direct Current(DC) power for charging or connected High Voltage(HV) power.
This technology can provide domestic electric vehicle high-voltage related components to perform required high power pulse verification tests during the product development stage to enhance product transient protection design capabilities, assist manufacturers in entering international car manufacture supply chain opportunities, and comply with international specification and standards for testing requirement.
