Computer Aided Engineering Technique for Fuel Cell Vehicle Hydrogen Supply System Structure design and assessment
This technology mainly applies computer-aided engineering (CAE) simulation analysis methods to evaluate whether the mounting structure of the hydrogen supply system to be installed in the fuel cell bus can meet the requirements of domestic regulations and lightweight design requirements, thereby shortening product development time and reducing costs.
1. Comply with Vehicle Safety Test Directions 55: Strength of super structure for large passenger vehicle
2. Comply with Vehicle Safety Test Directions 64-1: Electric safety requirements for battery electric vehicles
3. Comply with Vehicle Safety Test Directions 81: Specifications of a vehicle fuel system incorporating the compressed hydrogen storage system
The technologies could be applied to the fields of all kinds of vehicle with hydrogen supply system.
(1) Establish product verification capabilities that enable virtual testing.
(2) Design a hydrogen supply system carrying mechanism that can comply with international standards.
(3) Shorten product development cycle and reduce costs.
