An active safety system is provided for highway traffic jam scenarios based on domestics of camera and radar sensors. Also, assessment of detected capabilities is served for sensors of domestic component manufacturers based on our system and then the manufacturers can optimize the sensor modules. Moreover, the active safety system is installed in the self-designed hardware controller, which can be used to adjust and verify the algorithm of our system in commercial vehicles with available drive-by-wire chassis in terms of power, steering, and braking functions.
