The technology provides the switching between manual and auto when vehicle drive in expressway with level 2 or level 3 autonomous driving system. The technology includes: (1) The interaction strategy of the switch to the automatic driving of expressway on-ramp and off-ramp. (2)The system will remind the driver to take-over and confirm in when the prediction system fails. The function can avoid dangerous situations (Ex. out of control) due to autonomous system failure, and certain the car can be parked in a safe area.
