The present invention is an adaptive weight adjustment positioning method, comprising the steps of: performing an initial setting procedure; determining whether a first feature point is detected; and when detecting the first feature point, generating a plurality of positioning information, And setting a plurality of weight values, and calculating an output positioning information according to the weight values and the positioning information; and adaptively arranging weight values of the plurality of positioning methods, thereby integrating positioning information of the plurality of positioning methods. In this way, even if one of the positioning methods is temporarily unavailable, the positioning information can be calculated according to the weight distribution in two other ways, so that the user can continuously obtain accurate positioning information to confirm the current location.
