The present invention provides a system and method of vehicular distributed network management, which installs the dataflow configuration module, the dataflow pre-definition module, the distributed node-status broadcast module, the task-transfer module, the task-overload module, and the task-load balance module, so as to provider the function of fault tolerance and redundancy.
