Vehicle Specification Testing
The main purpose of the Vehicle Specification Testing Lab, is to ensure the specifications of vehicle are correspondent with the mandated regulations and rules. Our laboratory have established various vehicle safety testing technologies, Vehicle specification inspection, Weight measuring, Audible warning device test, Vehicle tilt stability and so on.

To measure the installation positions and visible angles of the lamps, that could conform to the requirements.
To inspect the dimensions and installation of the lateral protection device and the rear underrun protection device.
To measure the rollover angel, that could evaluate the stability while vehicle is cornering.
To measure the sound level of the audible warning device on a vehicle.
To measure the installation positions and vision range of the indirect vision devices , that could conform to the requirements.
To measure the installation devices and design of the Wheelchair accessible vehicle, that could conform to the body specifications.
To inspect the location, function, symbol, color and identification of hand controls, tell-tales and indicators of vehicle.
Confirm the external surface of vehicles have any pointed or sharp parts or any projections of such shape, dimensions, direction or hardness as to belikely to increase the risk or of bodily injury to a person hit by the external surface or brushing against it in the event of a collision.
To measure the distance above the ground of the reference point of seat via H-machine.
