To obtain this goal, manufactures need assistance in product quality improvement, international regulations as well as customer requirements. ARTC plays a pivotal role in assisting and regulating these objectives by offering the following services:
Note: CAE testing is first used for on new models to test quality and determine if international regulations and customer requirement are meet. After CAE testing, actual tests are performed to verify the results obtained by CAE testing as well as additional regulation tests.

Comparing to two-wheeled vehicles, four-wheeled vehicles provide a safer, healthier and more comfortable driving condition for passengers, than two-wheeled vehicles. Therefore, four-wheeled vehicles are in greater demand and the first choice when opting to buy any form of transportation. The series of our four-wheeled vehicles include, but not limited to, sedans, SUVs, trucks, trailers, ATVs and special function vehicles.

Petrol / Diesel Car
Petrol/diesel vehicles are still the most preferred type of vehicle in today’s market. Manufactures are required to submit all vehicles to an array of different regulation tests. To assist manufactures in meeting these regulations, ARTC provides the following regulation tests： Exhaust Gas Emission, Fuel Economy, Durability assessment .
Electric Vehicle
Because of environmental concerns, electric vehicles (EV) seem to be a better choice for consumers. However, certain regulations regarding electrical vehicles need to be observed. In Taiwan, EV require most of the tests that petrol/ diesel vehicles require. And will be more concern of crash testing and electrical safety than conventional vehicles. Domestic regulations on system safety are constantly being updated. In addition, some domestic LABs for battery safety have also established relevant testing capabilities, such as UL, etc., in response to the trend of EV.
