Dear whom may concern, The Automotive Research & Testing Center (Hereinafter referred to as ARTC), in order to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act and the privacy policy of ARTC and to protect your rights, please read carefully the following personal data use notice, thank you!

1. Purpose of Data Collection:

• To provide customer services (such as technical support, customer satisfaction surveys, participation in seminars, workshops or educational training courses, customer management and visits, and periodic updates on ARTC activities, industry news or related information);
• Procurement and supply management;
• Human resources recruitment (such as job application registration and interview);
  
• Other necessary activities of ARTC (such as insurance, deposit/payment/remittance, accounting/tax management, auditing/inspection, or other business activities according to the business registration items or articles of association).

2.The personal data you provide, including but not limited to your name, company name, job title, contact information (mailing address, phone number, email address), national identification number, date of birth, or any information that directly or indirectly identifies you as an individual, will be protected and used only for the above-mentioned purposes within the scope of business activities.

3.Duration, area, recipients, and methods of personal data use:1:(1) ARTC will reasonably use your personal data within the duration of the purpose of collection. (2) Unless the collection purpose involves international business or activities, ARTC will only use your personal data within the territory of the Republic of China. (3) ARTC staff members will reasonably use your personal data within the scope of the purpose of collection. (4) When ARTC needs to outsource your personal data to external organizations for business purposes, ARTC will fulfill its supervision responsibilities.

4.You may choose whether or not to provide ARTC with your personal data. However, if you do not provide your personal data, ARTC will not be able to provide related services for the purpose of collection. If the personal data you provide is incorrect, reported as untrue, or discovered by ARTC to have been used by others, ARTC reserves the right to terminate your rights.
