According to the first version of the self-driving car basic function test operation standard and the low-speed self-driving car standard ISO 22737 released in 2021, the test phenomenon for the common and unique situations of Taiwan traffic such as roadside parking, door opening, animals rushing out, and adjacent cars cutting into the lane at a relatively short distance are included. The automatic-driving vehicle is tested under those conditions to adjust the measurement parameters and add evaluation criteria, finally the 58 test scenarios and procedures for 15 basic functions are revised, to provide a reference for the self-driving vechicle to perform functional verification in a closed field. Verification tests for ADAS systems, such as ACC, AEB, FCW, LDW, LKA, LFS, LCS, TJA, APA, sensor unit test, active steering, braking and power system performance and adjustment test, etc., are also developed.
