ARTC GPS Fix Point → North Latitude/East Longitude: N 24° 3' 37.3" E 120° 23' 7.6", (X: 120.385444, Y: 24.060361). Map guide

If you are heading south, there are 4 routes:
Southbound Route 1 → Take Highway 1 to Changhua Interchange:

Changhua Interchange (198km) towards Lukang → Drive on Changlu Road (County Road 142) for about 8.6 km → turn right at Zhongzheng Road at Tsankun 3C → go straight on Zhongzheng Road to OK Convenience Store at the bottom of the road (about 1.8 km) → turn right at Lu Cao Road, after passing Dayu Resource Recycling Plant, turn left at the intersection of Tai 17 (about 700 m) → go straight into Zhangbin Industrial Zone-Lugang District (pass the control post, about 2.3 km) → go straight on Lugong Road ( 3 km) → turn left on Lugong South 7th Road → Continue for 1.8 km to the ARTC.

Southbound Route 2 → Take Highway 3 to the Zhonggang System Interchange:

Zhonggang System Interchange (168km) → National Highway No. 4 towards Qingshui → Go down to Pingping Road (Linhai Road, Taiwan Line 17), go straight for 4 km → turn left after seeing the viaduct and drive under the viaduct of Taiwan No. 61 → go ahead for about 2 km Continue on the bridge → leave at Lugang Ramp (at 177 km) → turn right into Zhangbin Industrial Zone - Lugang District (pass the control post) → go straight on Lugong Road (3 km) → turn left on Lugong South 7th Road → Continue for 1.8 km to the ARTC.

Southbound Route 3 → Take Highway 3 to Hemei Interchange:

Hemei Interchange (191km)→Taiwan Line 61B towards Shengang, go straight for 6.3km→turn left after seeing the viaduct and drive to the south of the viaduct No.61→Leave at Lugang Ramp (177km)→turn right into Zhangbin Industrial District - Lugang District (passing the control post) → go straight on Lugong Road (3 km) → turn left on Lugong South 7th Road → continue for 1.8 km to the ARTC.

Southbound Route 4 → Driving Platform Route 61:

Go south on Line 61 from the traveling platform → leave at Lugang Ramp (177 km) → turn left into Zhangbin Industrial Zone-Lugang District (pass the control post) → go straight on Lugong Road (3 km) → turn left on Lugong South 7th Road → Continue for 1.8 km to the ARTC。

Drive No. 1 Expressway north to Puyan System Interchange (207 km) → turn left into Taiwan 76 East-West Expressway → get off the viaduct and follow the pedestrian Linda Pai Flat Road/144 County Road, about 8.5 km → turn right at Platform 17 Go north for about 800m → turn left on Zhang 30 Road to Zhangbin Industrial Zone (Lu'an Bridge) → turn left on Ji'an Road after getting off the bridge, drive along the coastal embankment to Lugong South 7th Road and turn right, you can reach the ARTC, about 2.5km in total .

Northbound Route 2 → Take Highway 3:

Drive No. 3 Expressway north to Zhongxing System Interchange (222 km), turn left into Taiwan 76 East-West Expressway → get off the viaduct, follow the pedestrian Linda Pai Flat Road/144 County Road, about 8.5 km → turn right at Platform 17 and go north about 800m → turn left on Zhang 30 Road to Zhangbin Industrial Zone (Lu'an Bridge) → turn left on Ji'an Road after getting off the bridge, drive along the embankment to Lugong South 7th Road and turn right, you can reach the ARTC, about 2.5km in total.

Northbound Route 3 → Driving Platform Route 17:

Go north on Line 17 of the traveling platform, cross the east-west expressway of Taiwan 76 and continue for about 800m → turn left on Zhang 30 Road to Zhangbin Industrial Zone-Lugang District (via Lu'an Bridge) → turn left on Ji'an Road after getting off the bridge, and drive along the embankment Turn right at Lugong South 7th Road, and you will arrive at the ARTC, about 2.5km in total.

Northbound Route 4 → Driving Platform Route 61:

Go north on Line 61 at the traveling platform → leave at Lugang Ramp (177 km) → turn left into Zhangbin Industrial Zone-Lugang District (pass the control post) → go straight on Lugong Road (3 km) → turn left on Lugong South 7th Road → Continue for 1.8 km to the ARTC.

By public transport

Public transportation cannot reach the center, and it needs to be approached by multiple transfers. If you still want to take it, it is recommended that you check with the contact window in advance about transportation.

  • Taiwan High Speed Rail

  • After arriving at Taichung Station, you can transfer to Taiwan Hao Xing, or contact the Taiwan Convoy at the taxi roster (directly dial 55688 from your mobile phone or 405-88888 from the local area).

  • Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Communications "Taiwan Good Travel - Lukang Line"

  • From the High Speed Rail Taichung Station to Lukang, the route goes through Changhua Bus Changhua Station. Those who take the Taiwan Railway and Guoguang Bus can transfer here. The final stop is "Taiwan Glass Museum" in Lugang District, Zhangbin Industrial Zone. There is still a distance from the vehicle center. For details of the 2km journey, please click here
