    The Diesel Particulate Filter system is one of efficient and most popular technology for PM reduction of diesel engine exhaust, using filter to capture the particle, then regenerating the filter when it exceed the load limit by burning particles。 This technology develops a “Diesel Engine Particulate Filter Regeneration Control Technology” which includes auto-regeneration strategy, loading detection, auto-regeneration control unit and system integration and validation. The regeneration strategy using both parameters of differential pressure and intake flow air mass to evaluate the loading of filter. Its filter efficiency would be up to 85% and remove up to 4g/L particulate at each auto-regeneration procedure. This technique could integrate the all subsystem and be equipped on the diesel engine to reduce the PM. Furthermore, it would help the relative industries to research, develop and modify the DPF system.
