  • Technique Features:

    Driver Surveillance System utilizes face detection technique to track driver’s face and judge inattentive driving. By analyzing the position of driver’s face, once a frontal face disappeared in a reasonable area, the system regards it as inattentive driving and raises a warning signal to alert the driver immediately to prevent from accidents. Image processing techniques are implemented on embedded DSP platform. Wireless transmission techniques can also be integrated to improve the performance of commercial vehicle team management.

  • Specification:

    1.Processing rate: Above 6 frame/s.
    2.Embedded hardware: DSP based; Operating frequency:600MHz.
    3.Interface: CAN BUS (speed, indicator and gear position, steering angle), CCD (camera).
    4.Operating temp:-40°C~85°C.
    5.Operating current:ECU(12V, 300mA),CCD(12V, under 120mA).
    6.Operation Environment:Above 0.1 lux.
    7.Warning condition: The driver’s frontal face disappeared in a reason area and lasted over 2 seconds under D gear position.
    8.Warning mode:LED lighting and buzzer sound.

    Advanced safety vehicle, management of vehicle fleets.

    Driver Surveillance System decreases the risk of traffic accidents caused by inattentive driving, and prevents the driver and passenger from danger.
