  • Technique Features:

    This technology mainly uses the computer-aided engineering (CAE) method to evaluate the changes in fiber stress and angle of composite products during the thermoforming processing as a basis for the strength design of product.

    -Input data:Tensile test data of fiber bundle、the measurements of weave fiber
    -Out data:the angle of weave fiber、the force of thermoforming、the size of thermoforming

  • Applications:

    This technology can be applied to composite products in various engineering fields (such as vehicles, aerospace, machinery, etc.).

  • Benefit:

    It can assist the industry in evaluating the results of thermoforming processing at the design period, and reduce the modification cost of the mold.
