  • Technique Features:

    This wireless charging system contact high energy wireless power transfer circuit and security protection circuit. At the wireless power transfer, we use the resonant magnetic technology on inductive power transfer structure to increase the transfer distance and efficiency. This system has the capabilities of 90% in wireless charging efficiency, maximum 16cm in power transfer distance, and 3.7kW in maximum transfer power. The security protection circuit is the metallic foreign objection detection (FOD). FOD circuit uses the multi-coil sensors to determine if there is any metal foreign object within wireless charging system. Once detecting a metal object, the wireless power transmission will be interrupted immediately to ensure the system safety.

    EV battery charging was the key for EV market promotion. So far, EV charging uses the charging gun to do contact charging. However, there are safety and maintenance issue. In contrast, Wireless charging has the advantage of not only getting rid of heavy charging cables but also ensuring its safety in utilization.
