  • Technique Features:

    This test procedure is utilized to verify filtration efficiency and pressure difference of the hydraulic system filter. The procedure is using standardized mixtures through the testing filter to detect particle numbers and pressure difference in the upstream and downstream. The testing filters need ratings for flow capacity, temperature range, contaminant capacity, filter efficiency and other critical functional characteristics. The objective is to improve R&D of related technology, product quality and internationally recognized testing, and to make Taiwan more competitive in the filters industry.

    1.Flow capacity Max. 20L/min.
    2.Particle diameter detection range: 4,6 ,14 ,21,25 ,38 ,50 and 70μm.
    3.Pressure drop between filter, range: 0~50PSI.
    4.Operating temperature, range: 30~120 ℃.
